Mayflower Hall has been carefully chosen to become the home of The Maple Group and is one of Melford’s striking collection of Characteristic Timber Framed Hall Houses. Throughout the last 20 years, The Maple Group have continually grown within the Property Industry. There are Five Main Companies under the Maple Umbrella, which gives a unique company structure, offering ‘In House’ services to achieve a ‘One Stop Shop’ for the Property Industry.

Maple Building Services Ltd. is our first company in the Maple Group and was set up over 10 years ago and is now a long established traditional company of Building Contractors and Developers. The company offers a wealth of knowledge and sensitivity to the Historic styles of East Anglia and pride ourselves for achieving exceptional standards of design and craftsmanship, to satisfy our customer’s individual needs.

Maple Architectural Design is an established provincial practice of Architectural Designers and Consultants, with experience across a broad range of contract sizes and type. The Company is committed to design, quality and clarity of information presentation, as well as maintaining a competitive and commercial approach in the Service to our Clients. Maple Architectural Design can provide a bespoke range of services through the design, planning, management and construction phases. We have particular experience in the negotiation with Planning Departments with the aim of achieving the clients design, yet meeting demands of the Local and National Planning requirements.

Maple Joinery has evolved from the need and demand for quality bespoke timber products and following a recent influx in workload we have expanded the business with new equipment and further staff.
From our workshop in Sudbury, Suffolk we are able to offer all aspects of joinery such as windows, doors, staircases, conservatories / garden rooms and kitchens through to the more personalised requirements of purpose built storage or furniture.
